Audra Simpson is assistant professor of Anthropology and American Indian Studies at Cornell University. Her theoretical and research interests dwell within indigeneity, colonialism, nationhood, citizenship, borders and narrative. Her manuscript, To the Reserve and Back Again: Kahnawake Mohawk Narratives of Self, Home and Nation, is forthcoming from Duke University Press.
